MetroWest Regional Community Health Needs Assessment

MetroWest Regional Community Health Needs Assessment

Health and wellness matters to everyone.  That’s why the Hudson Board of Health is partnering with healthcare and community organizations in the MetroWest region to plan how health and wellness programs can best serve our residents.  We want you to be part of the planning.

If you live or work in Hudson or any other communities listed below, please give us your feedback and suggestions about health services and issues in the region by completing a 10-minute survey.  All responses are completely anonymous.  There are no right or wrong answers.  It’s your opinions that matter!
