6pm - 9pm
All proceeds generated will be used to benefit the coalition’s programs and prevention strategies. Tickets will be available at the door for a price of $5 per person. In addition to the excitement of watching an epic dodgeball tournament, all attendees will have a chance at our many door prizes, great local food, a health fair, and musical entertainment.
This Hudson YSAP Dodgeball Tournament is made possible thanks to generous donations from these local businesses and organizations.
Door Prizes, Awards, and Food throughout the Night!
All of our attendees will receive five tickets, which they can drop in a jar specific to one of our many door prizes, totaling over $1,200 dollars! Prizes include gift cards to Hudson businesses, T-shirts, and electronics. Thanks to our donors!
Entered teams will have a chance to win one of three awards!
Each member of the team will receive a trophy commemorating their achievement!
There will be pizza, snacks, and refreshments available through the night!
Entertainment and Resources
Plan on a health fair and musical entertainment throughout the night too. More details to come!
Team Registration Details
We are looking for approximately 12 teams, each made up of 8 players (six players on the court, plus two alternates that can be swapped between games).
This tournament is open to any player who is at least grade 5 or over. Teams may be inter-generational, or consist of exclusively youth or adults.
Teams need to have a name, and should ideally be dressed in a similar appropriate uniform (e.g. same color shirt, all wearing headbands, matching gorilla outfits, whatever…)
How to Register
We recommend the team captain print and fill out the form by clicking the button below. The form will ask the captain to provide us with their contact information, as well as the names and ages of their teammates. Once completed, a representative from the team can deliver the form, alongside a check or cash payment for the registration fee, to the Hudson Health Department inside the Hudson Town Hall.
Registration fees are as follows:
Before February 28th : $200 per team
After February 28th: Fee will remain at $200!
Checks can be made payable to: Town of Hudson
After your team is registered, the team captain will receive additional materials, including a waiver, which he or she will be responsible for collecting from teammates.
The deadline for team registration will be March 15th, 2019, or when 12 teams have registered.
(Note: These forms will also be available at the Hudson Health Department).
If you registered a team, please complete your waiver and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org or deliver it to the Hudson Health Department by March 27th. You will not be permitted to play without completing the waiver.
This will be a double-elimination style tournament. Check back here closer to the date of the event for tournament rules.
